Complaints & Content Removal Policy
We take all reports seriously and maintain a process for the prompt review and resolution of complaints about our content.
1. Reporting Content
Any person may report content that is believed to be:
- Illegal under applicable law, or
- Otherwise in violation of community and industry standards.
Reports should be submitted to: complaints@afrikanhoneys.net. Please include:
- Direct URL(s) of the content in question
- A description of the issue
- Your name and contact details
2. Review and Resolution Timeline
All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days of receipt. During the review period, reported content may be temporarily restricted from public access.
3. Review Process and Appeals
- Every report is assessed by our compliance team.
- If a decision is made to retain or remove the content, the complainant will be notified of the outcome.
- Any person depicted in the content may appeal our decision by emailing appeals@afrikanhoneys.net with “Appeal” in the subject line.
- Appeals are reviewed by a different staff member than the one who made the original decision.
- If a disagreement remains, we will submit the dispute to a neutral third party for independent review in accordance with applicable law.
4. Potential Outcomes
- No violation found: Content remains available.
- Violation found: Content is removed permanently.
- Consent void or withdrawn: Content is removed permanently and further distribution blocked.
- Unclear case: Content remains restricted until final resolution.
